By placing an order on this website or when dealing with our customer services team, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

You must be over 18 to place an order for services on the WILTONICAN LTD website. By engaging our services, you confirm that you are over the age of 18.

Order Acceptance Policy

All orders received are subject to acceptance by WILTONICAN LTD and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received via the payment method used to place the order.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).

Order Changes Policy

If you wish to change your order, please do so via the My Account area of the WILTONICAN LTD website. We'll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service deployment. Please note that once orders have been 'assigned to development', no changes can be accepted.

During exceptionally busy seasons, we cannot guarantee to accept order changes within 96 hours of the intended delivery date.

Payment Terms

Our website uses a secure checkout system. However, in some cases, bank-related payment failures may occur, preventing us from accepting your order immediately.

Owing to time differences, payments made out of office hours, or problems getting hold of you via the contact details you've provided, we're sometimes unable to process a valid payment prior to the requested service date. Although this delay is regrettable, it is outside our control and we cannot offer any form of refund in these circumstances.

Events beyond our control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver services you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to services delivered if caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, adverse weather, pandemics, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown or systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Service Availability

All of our services are subject to availability. In the event of any resource difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute any service with an alternative solution of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. If you wish to discuss the substitution we have made, please contact our customer services team.

WILTONICAN LTD follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. Standard Service Delivery

We offer standard service delivery on weekdays. Order by 9pm for next day consultation initiation.

Saturday delivery: Available for specific packages. Order by 9pm Friday.

Premium Guaranteed Delivery

Guaranteed to arrive on your selected delivery date. If we fail to deliver or attempt to deliver on the selected delivery date, we will refund your premium delivery fee. If the delay exceeds 24 hours beyond the intended delivery date, we will refund or resend your order in full.

Service Terms

Delivery Times: Services are normally delivered between 8am and 8pm. During busy seasons we reserve the right to operate between 7am and 9pm.

Other than the timed delivery option, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time.

During peak periods delivery dates may be moved forwards to ensure safe delivery is made before or on the intended day of delivery. We will attempt to notify you of these changes prior to the delivery being completed.

Delivery Notifications

Under normal circumstances, we send notifications regarding your project status. We then use that information to keep you informed of the delivery progress of your order via email and/or SMS message.

Important delivery information

To enable us to contact you regarding a problem with your order, please make sure that you have provided a valid email address and/or contact telephone numbers.

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries that result from a problem with the address/details and/or postcode you provided at the time of order placement.

Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can normally be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date. You can cancel your order via the My Account area of the WILTONICAN LTD website. Please note that once orders have been 'assigned to development', they cannot be cancelled.

So you can imagine exactly how sorry we are if any experience you have of us makes you wrinkle your brow or leaves a bad impression. That's why we make it our priority to get things right the first time.

Challenges can arise, though, and we must confess that, on rare occasions, things do go wrong. It drives us nuts, but it's one of those little things we have to live with. We don't have to live with the results of these mistakes, though - and you certainly don't, either.

So, if for any reason you're not absolutely 100% happy with your WILTONICAN LTD experience, let us know. We value your feedback.

Better yet, fill in a form - just let us know! We promise that if your unhappiness is any fault of ours, we'll always offer to put things right with a sympathetic ear that really, honestly and truly does care what you think.

Service Issues

Although we do our best to ensure that this does not happen, on rare occasions, services may encounter issues. If you experience such issues, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange one of the following: a re-deployment on the next available date, or a full or partial refund. The amount of partial refund will depend on the specific circumstances.

Quality Guarantee

Our solutions are built to ensure they arrive as functional and secure as possible. Should any issues occur, please contact us immediately.

Please note: If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you will need to contact us as soon as possible, latest within 5 days of the delivery date, using the 'Contact Us' link on our website. Due to the nature of our digital services we are unable to deal with any complaints and issues raised after the 5 day period.

Late or Non-Deliveries

Whilst we deliver 95% of our orders on time, due to resource constraints there might, on some occasions, be some delays. Please allow 24 hours after the intended delivery date for delivery to be made. Due to the above, we are not able to refund orders on the grounds of late deliveries.

If your order still has not been delivered within 24 hours after the intended delivery date, you are entitled to either a full refund or a resend, no questions asked.
